- Due to the nature of these items any of the hand flares and smoke grenades you will not be able to return the
defective item.
- To get a credit on your next order or a refund for any defective
item you will need to take a picture of the hand flares, parachute
flares, or smoke bombs that are defective.
- The picture will show that an attempt to trigger the device has been
made and that there is no major scorching of the unit.
- There is only to be one refund or credit made per order. You will
need to quote your customer ID number and order number on the Invoice
that was sent with your order along with the pictures of the defective
unit(s).
- Shipping is not refundable.
- Refunds or credits are based on the per piece price that you
purchased with your order.

If you have special requirements for Smoke Bombs that are not directly sold
on the site we can custom design them to your needs. Please not that
minimum quantity orders on special design smoke bombs and parachute flares will
apply. A minimum $1000.00 order on special design orders. Please e-mail for
